This was my first time buying a car, so I was expecting the worst, but everything about buying a used RX from Lexus of Manhattan was straightforward and painless. Warren got back to me promptly about all of my questions. There was some delays when we got to the dealership to test drive the car, but Warren took me and my husband out to lunch while we waited. He explained the whole process so there were no surprises. Ask for Warren! More

Not your stereotypical car salesman Warren is not your stereotypical car salesman. He actually listens. He presented options that fit my needs and interest. I asked him a lot question Warren is not your stereotypical car salesman. He actually listens. He presented options that fit my needs and interest. I asked him a lot questions and he patiently answered ALL of them. I don't like being pressured into buying a car I don't want. That's why I usually buy cars from CarMax. I felt comfortable with Warren immediately. He is knowledgeable and professional. He's a snazzy dresser too. I felt like I was walking around the lot with a celebrity. LOL! More
