Surprised This was my third visit to Garden State Honda. All of the experiences have been so positive I felt the need to write a review. Having bought my fifth This was my third visit to Garden State Honda. All of the experiences have been so positive I felt the need to write a review. Having bought my fifth new car I have had many experiences with the service department of car dealerships. I have had a GM, a Nissan, two Toyotas and now a Honda. My purchase was not done through Garden State Honda and yet I have been treated like an old standing customer. On my first visit I happened to get Walter as a service consultant and I have stuck to him like glue. He is attentive to my needs and makes sure that all flows well. He pulls in the right people to do what is needed. Tim, one of the sales consultant, was one of the people called upon to assist on the electronic part of the car. The car is so computerized that even though I work with computers on my job I was lost when it came to the car. Tim is a wiz, he did what I asked and gave me detail instructions and explanations of how I needed to use the system and remote/alarm that I had installed by them. Gongratulation Honda on hiring people who attend to the customer needs and provide satisfaction. More
