This is my third Acura MDX I just purchased from DCH Montclair Acura. Muy first experience was back in 2007 when I worked with Walter Goldman. All questions were answered honestly, all the requests were fulfilled in a timely matter, he was ready to go extra mile to provide me with the best service. Throughout 3 years lease agreement Walter was always available to answer all the questions regarding my car. I was very satisfied with my experience and , needless to say, came back once my lease ended. This time I did not even attempt to shop around. My second experience was as good as first one. Today I signed my third lease and will be delighted to recommend Walter Goldman to people who look for true professionalism,deep knowledge in a subject and true personal approach with great attention to details. I live in Queens New York, and was looking to purchase a new 2014 Acura MDX. After lots of comparison in price, and service reviews, it came down to DCH Monclaire and Curry Acura. Both offered the best price around with DCH edging out by a little over $400. Paul Dejets was the internet sales manager that assigns the sales person and answers any questions you may have. And he has been a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and very patient in answering all of my questions on the MDX (and I had a lot of question) prior to purchase. Initially I was assigned to a sales representative by the name of Sergio. I was not very happy with his service. He made mistakes on the invoice, could not be reached most of the time, and doesn't call back when I left messages and emails about my concerns on the invoice, or questions about the car. (And I do give ample amount of time lapsed before I make this claim, three days each time to be exact). This was almost the deal breaker between DCH and I. But Paul assured me that I will be assigned another sales person, and I was glad that he talked me into staying I was assigned to Walter Goldman. He is fantastic. Very knowledgeable, not pushy, with all the patience in the world like Paul. Another person worth mentioning is Marie Rossie. She did our finance and warranty. Another straight forward person who was willing and able to explain whatever it was that I didn't understand. My overall experience with DCH Montclair Acura is that they are very straight forward, and honest. You get what you bargained for, and you will not get a penny less after that. They are very knowledgable of their product, and are willing to take the time to explain to you all that you need to know. NOTE: Even after the sales was done and I needed some additional information sent to my insurance company, they were happy to help, which was very different to a Range Rover dealership in NJ that I just purchased a Evoke with. I visited DCH Montclair Acura to see the new 2013 RDX. Walter greeted me in the showroom and gave me a very through presentation of all the new features and changes on the RDX in the showroom. He was able to point out all the differences and improvements from my 2009 RDX. He was extremely helpful in helping me select the proper package(I decided on the RDX Tech AWD), as well as just the right color. I took my new car home that very day! Everyone I dealt with was super friendly, and Walter was super efficient. The whole process was just a couple of hours, most of which was spent on me trying to get comfortable with all the technology upgrades! Overall an awesome experience and I am so satisfied. More

He was in redibly considerate of my time and supplied me with far more information than even I was looking for. The final step to my process was signing the paperwork in the finance office. Marie Rossi was very efficient and made me feel comfortable. This was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had.
