Pleasant Experience I don't typically think of buying a car as a pleasant experience. Walter was experienced and competent. Walter, our salesman and Ann, the front receptionist were excellent to deal with. Ann kept us updated as to the delivery of the vehicle and Walter was kind, knowledgeable, and patient with our non techie brains! To us, the car is so complicated with regard to all its capabilities but Walter systematically reviewed the most important features and ensured that we were safely on our way when we pulled out of the lot. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was personable and appeared to really care for the customers. So far, we have enjoyed our experience and hopefully, if the car is anything like my old reliable honda pilot we traded in, I will not have too many more trips to the dealer! More
