Another Stellar Experience From Obrien Hyundai! David Cossairt was my Salesman, he did an excellent job on the test drive, he knew the vehicle inside and out. Every question I asked was answered in David Cossairt was my Salesman, he did an excellent job on the test drive, he knew the vehicle inside and out. Every question I asked was answered in an appropriate amount of time. Any promises he made in regards to follow-up calls, he did just as he promised. He even called me a few times to make sure that the vehicle was exactly what I expected, and that it was working properly to my standards. He had the vehicle ready and prepped to my schedule, just as he promised. He took the time to go through all the bells and whistles, so to speak, on the entire vehicle inside and out! He met my expectations and went above them (And I am a very demanding customer). He fought for me to get a few extra perks that I had on my previous vehicle. He also invited me back any time I want to test-drive any of the new models as they come out! Rex was my Sales Manager. He paired me up with David in the beginning of this Car Buying experience. (Thank you Rex!) Rex is an excellent negotiator, and he swiftly worked out a deal to fit my needs, my family's needs, my budget and my growing household! I look forward to working with him in all of my future car purchases! Nick also worked hard to get me the internet discounts and lease end information I needed, Codey was excellent on directing me to the correct side of the dealership where the vehicles I was interested in were located, Walter Greeted me very quickly on one of my trips to the dealership and Jeremy had me in and out of the finance department in a flash! More
