Dishonest all around Extremely dishonest sales and financing. They try to pull you in with a 'discount' on your car if you sign up for a lease for at least 6 months. Then Extremely dishonest sales and financing. They try to pull you in with a 'discount' on your car if you sign up for a lease for at least 6 months. Then they tell you you can refinance and buy the car and a super low rate. When you actually try to refinance, the new price after 6 months of payments ends up being the same as just buying the car with no 'deal' in the first place. Then, they try to sell you extra warrantees, what they don't tell you, is that if you sell the car, you are unable to cancel the warrantee so you lose that money as well. The buying experience was terrible and took around 5 hours. The sales guy changed the price we had agreed on and added in an extra $2000 on the purchase price, but told us that was the price after taxes and fees. When I mentioned this to the dealer, all they said was "he doesn't work here anymore and we don't what you were told." They are not interested in any way to remediate a bad and dishonest experience. Also, the dealership invites customers to join them in being dishonest by offering access to a VIP service program but only if they give 5 start reviews online and to VW. They are not interested in honest feedback, they just want to sell more cars at the customer's expense. I would not recommend anyone purchase a car from these crooks. I also found almost every staff member to be extremely unhelpful in helping you do anything, except buying something from them. More
