My whole experience at Colonial Honda was excellent from beginning to end. From the woman in the office (think her name was Des) to the floor manager, to my all star salesperson Andrew Braga - simply put beginning to end. From the woman in the office (think her name was Des) to the floor manager, to my all star salesperson Andrew Braga - simply put excellent experience. I purchased a used Crosstrek and the process was as stress free and easy as it could get. Des in the office first helped me and was very nice, polite, and straightforward. She had the cars of my interest out front for my arrival (I living on Martha’s Vineyard and had a long commute to colonial Honda) ready to test drive. Andrew Braga was my salesman and what a professional; great guy, honest, experienced, and just all around easy to deal with. Andrew made this so easy on me; it truly exceeded my expectations. If I could point out what was the best part of this car purchase, I’d have to say it was the service done to the vehicle prior to delivering it to me; which also went perfectly. For anyone living on Martha’s Vineyard looking to buy a car, I’d certainly recommend visiting Colonial Honda of Dartmouth. *This is my first purchase from your dealership but my parents have purchased several Honda accords there and now I know why.
