I also was given undivided attention throughout the buying experience. Features and benefits were explained very well. I thought I was given a very good price which is the main reason why I ended up buying. Also the 5day-500 mile no questions asked return policy helped me feel at ease about making the purchase today instead of “thinking about it” and returning a few days later. Will even got me one of the large display bows so I could surprise my wife later with the car at home. (Which turned out to be great!) The finance guy was also very efficient and explained everything very well. This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought from Duval Acura (the 1st new one). This dealership does a very good job at being transparent throughout the entire process. Never once did I seemed pressured about the purchase. I have been to other dealerships recently (including another Acura dealership) and did not have the same initial impression. I obviously did not make any purchases with them. Even though I will not need another vehicle for the near future, I will recommend Duval Acura to all my friends and co-workers. Excellent buying experience! More

Had fun testing and buying my new car Will and Mike (and a trainee named Ty) were great. I was very specific about what I wanted and Will was willing to work with me. Additionally they spent 2 hours (or more) after closing time to get the job done and were nice toward me and my Dad. There's no haggling over the price of the vehicle here, but the price of the vehicle was pretty fair. Will and Mike went above and beyond negotiating the price of my trade in with me, and when I noticed a couple minor issues with the car, they were more than willing to get them fixed for me. More
