He responding quickly and thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and made the whole experience so easy. He was incredibly kind and welcoming- he came right out to greet us when we arrived at the dealership. He had personally checked out the vehicle beforehand and already had it pulled up to the front for us. Cain was honest, knowledgeable and extremely helpfuI showing us each and every feature the MDX had to offer. I would highly recommend him as a salesperson! Joe also helped us when coming to an agreement on price/payment. He was completely up front about everything and made us feel totally comfortable! We genuinely felt like Cain and Joe did everything possible for us! When it came to financing we were helped by Will and Rashed. They went above and beyond to help us get the best payment possible. We had one little cosmetic issue with the vehicle that we noticed right before we left the dealership, and they have already assured us that it will be taken care of. Overall a wonderful experience and a great group of gentlemen to work with! We are thrilled with our new (to us) vehicle and happy to be a part of the Duval Acura family! Thank you again! More

Mr William Isom located exactly the Vehicle we were looking for and spent time to help us see the many features of the MDX and the advantage package which were more than we expected! Cameron accompanied us on the test drive and he and Will became friends of ours very easily. Though we had never leased a vehicle before, I believe it was Joe Cutaia who helped us see the benefit of cash preservation by leasing with the intent to purchase or trade at the completion of the contract.
