Second time buyer - ripped off again I bought a car in 2012, the first APR I was given was 8.99%, when it was time to sign, the finance guy (who is now a manager), tried to sell me a mech I bought a car in 2012, the first APR I was given was 8.99%, when it was time to sign, the finance guy (who is now a manager), tried to sell me a mechanical breakdown insurance, and I bought it. After adding it, my APR suddenly went to 2.99%, I was excited at the moment, but as I got thinking, I realized he fooled me. I went back and cancelled the policy after reading the fine print. I recently went in to this dealership to buy/lease a SUV. Horrible experience, salesperson makes wrong claims and uses tactics to just sell or "oversell" a car. Fiance guy rushes you to make all the signatures and then goes over the payments with you. We didn't like the car we bought because we were told incorrect information. After trying to exchange it, we even called John Driebe, and he tried to help but did not help enough. We were rushed to make an exchange on the 5th day, and they still ended up stealing the money from out pockets and leaving us unsatisfied. WE WILL NEVER RETURN to this dealer again. Horrible sales tactics, sales persons do not know their product and worst of all, you are RUSHED. The worst part is when you are rushed to complete a dealer rater review and give 5 stars before you even buy the car. Please go to either Toyota of Elk Grove or if you really like Nissan's, stay away from this place and go to Folsom, they will take care of you. More
