Vinny is a straight shooter and isn't the guy who is going to force his sales pitch on you. He will give you the facts, his opinion and then let you decide without annoying you or pressuring you. Really a very smooth and straight forward buying experience. Out of the probably dozen cars I have bought or leased between my wife and I, our purchase through Vinny @ Freehold Toyota is one of only two or three experiences where I left happy. If you want a Toyota and you go to DCH in Freehold, ask for Vinny and be confident that you will not get aggravated or get ripped off. A+ More

He will listen to the customer's need. he will not give an inch of space to be a disatiesfied customer. Even after buying the car you feel something went wrong, if you could address the concern to Ian and if it a genuine reason he will rectify it immediately. The best thing is that he will not brag about it. I wish there could be more salesperson like Ian. More
