We came in to just look. Vinnie Incorvaia came up to us asking if he could help. We looked at car that didn't work for us. He took his time with us and showed us other cars. Very seldom write reviews, but this warrants the time. Second experience buying a Genesis.. first one (different dealer was kind of nightmarish) left me cold. But I loved the car and wanted to exchange it (G80 for a G90) Vinnie Incorvaia quickly connected the dots that I wanted a quick and straight forward transaction. ( nothing aggravates me more than investing 4 hrs in the process to find that the numbers don’t match the original agreement…. But you have so much time invested that you give in or walk away mad) got a straightforward deal sheet (trade value etc) while out test driving the car. Back to the dealership and was done record time with a pro F&I guy (Eddie Garcia?) handling the closing. Very pleased with the experience.. I’ve done it a lot and this was as good as it gets! 6 stars out of five! More
