Victor at Elk Grove Toyota made a stressful situation easier with his good manners, excellent customer service and friendly smile. From the first call to Toyota they set the correct expectation. No available appointments but let me leave my car for standby. Victor let me know exactly what would be covered and not covered for a diagnostic test. I appreciate honestly and correct expectations. I got my car back the same day. They were able to squeeze me in after all!! More

Major repair of my 4 - runner A lot of work had to be done to my 4-runner so I was authorized a rental car. Everything went well except the wrong radiator was delivered so it took A lot of work had to be done to my 4-runner so I was authorized a rental car. Everything went well except the wrong radiator was delivered so it took an extra day to repair, but i kept the rental for another day. I was very happy with the service department and haven't had any trouble with the repairs. More
