She was very helpful in providing us with the details we requested to find the best fit for our needs & budget. She was thorough and went above and beyond to find us the best deal admits the competition throughout Central Florida. Mark helped us with a much needed test-drive (even remembered us when we came back to purchase!) and Victor followed-up to make sure any other questions were answered. We never felt any pressure to purchase - even as we approached the end of the month! They were very fair with our Trade-in and appreciated our Mazda Loyalty. Everything worked out very well and Barby (and her team) helped to get us into a New 2016.5 CX-5! We'll be back when it's time for our next car! More

Driving 120 miles to Sport Mazda to do business saved us over $1300 right off the bat. The no cost life-time power train warranty provided by Sport Mazda is a real plus. Our new 2016 MX-5 Miata's navigation system wouldn't search for satellites after we drove it off the lot. We returned to the dealership after about an hour and they immediately tried to resolve the issue, but were not able to do so. However, Earnest Evans and Donnny Larson arranged a loaner vehicle to use while the problem is being resolved - great customer service. More

I had talked to Victor and Kyle over the phone, I made my appt with Kyle on Saturday 4/18/14, when I arrived at the dealer they were packed with people. Every table was filled, that's when Brad stepped in and started our process and then handed it over to Kyle when he freed up..
