Had an appointment at a dealer to trade my truck in for a new one, the day prior to my appointment I found the exact truck I was looking for at Crown Royal Cars. I ran over to the dealer with only 5 minutes new one, the day prior to my appointment I found the exact truck I was looking for at Crown Royal Cars. I ran over to the dealer with only 5 minutes to spare before they closed! Victor, Mike (the GM) and the finance team stayed until midnight to get the deal done!! I’ve never had a dealer do that for me and definitely didn’t expect them to. The entire process was smooth and simple, I got what I wanted out of my trade and the price of the new truck was the best around. I will be sending everyone I know to go see Victor at Crown Mercedes for any vehicle purchase in the future. They carry such a large variety of cars and trucks, I would have never thought to look there for a F-250. If you’re looking for a new or used car or truck make sure to check them out and be sure to ask for Victor, he’ll take great care of you! 10/10 experience, if only all dealers could be more like them. Thanks again guys, I’ll be back in the future for my next purchase! -Patrick D. More

⸻ I’ve been buying cars from Victor Lema, since 2009, and this is exactly why. 🙌 I bought my latest car sight unseen because I trust him completely — and he continues to go above and beyond. Af 2009, and this is exactly why. 🙌 I bought my latest car sight unseen because I trust him completely — and he continues to go above and beyond. After my car was serviced in St. Pete, he personally returned it to me in Lakewood Ranch and took the loaner back with him. It’s that kind of service that keeps me coming back year after year. Thank you, Victor, for always taking care of me! 🚗💯 More
