Service, Service, Service We are longtime repeat customers (5 cars later...). The service team always provides us with what we need and does not push what we don't. Going above and beyond I took my Infinity QX30 in for a 25k mile service. The next day I discovered a leak and called the service manager. Within 45 minutes a tech was @ my I took my Infinity QX30 in for a 25k mile service. The next day I discovered a leak and called the service manager. Within 45 minutes a tech was @ my home with a loaner car & took mine back to the shop. 90 minutes later the service manager called back to let the know the problem was due to a mfg defect. They fixed the problem, detailed my car and returned it to my home the next day. I cannot day enough good things about the team @ Inifinity of Nashua. Professional, courteous and they go above and beyond at every turn. I will be buying my next car from them for sure! More

Above and beyond I had some issues with the tires on my EX35 recently that was quite frustrating. The team in Nashua listened to my concerns and contacted the dealer. When the dealer would not support me, Infiniti went out of their way to replace the tires. It is that type of service I am looking for! More

Doing the right thing! I dropped of my 2017 Q50 Red Sport for an oil change, inspection sticker, tire rotation and interior detailing 04-09-2019. When I picked up the car t I dropped of my 2017 Q50 Red Sport for an oil change, inspection sticker, tire rotation and interior detailing 04-09-2019. When I picked up the car there was minor paint damage to my door jam sill that was not there when I dropped off the car. The damage was consistent with a vacuum hose being dragged repeatedly over the door jam edge. I discussed the damage with the service manager Victor Burgos who recognized the problem and agreed to fix the area of concern. His commitment to exceptional customer service and doing the right thing was greatly appreciated. More
