She scheduled my service right away, assisted with getting me ride home. She kept me abreast of the repairs and walked me through the process. Within a few hours the repairs were completed. I was very pleased with the level of exceptional service and Veronica's professionalism and friendliness - another reason why I keep coming back to this dealership for service. More
