Black Beauty II (my NEW Civic) I totaled out my very wonderful car - my first Honda (2007 w/only 62,000 miles on it) on my 60th birthday. Over the past two years that I'd had that I totaled out my very wonderful car - my first Honda (2007 w/only 62,000 miles on it) on my 60th birthday. Over the past two years that I'd had that car (Pablo), I knew I didn't want to drive anything other than a Honda. I'd looked over a few lots at several 'used' cars, all with mileage in excess of 100,000 (which, I heard, is 'ok' as they last much longer than most cars with high mileage). But then I ventured into the thought of leasing a vehicle ~ so on Monday, April 13th (lucky number), I went to Wilde Honda (on a recommendation) and Veli came out to meet me, and help me. Soon, we chatted like we were old friends - and that evening, I walked out of there, the new owner of a 2015 Honda Civic! My friend has a new car - she calls Black Beauty but though mine is Black Beauty II, I know it's a #1 - just because of the rating!! Thank you, Veli, Eric and Brent for your expeditious and great customer service skills. Veli, you have a very easy spirit and a good sense of humor. Thank you for sharing some of your experiences with me. Brent, your speed is remarkable! You have mastered multi-tasking, that's for sure (and you do it well). Thank you as well for sharing some of your experiences with me. For a business/finance person, you have great interpersonal skills (rare, these days). And Eric: the comment you made just prior to my final closing, 'Congratulations on your new car!' were the very words I was waiting to hear - and those eyes ... :) (the most beautiful shade of green ~ but I'm sure you already know). But a very 'special shout-out' to the women who led me to the snacks & water. Thank you so much for helping me to find something sweet and salty to eat as well as where the water/drinks were. I felt like my blood sugar levels were low, and I was actually a bit woozy. You were pleasant and right on time! To sum this up, I am one happy camper ~ and I've already handed out two of your business cards, Veli! I hope you have a great rest of the year in 2015. All of you deserve to be commended. Velislav gave us a lively, thorough introduction to the 2015 Odyssey, accompanied us on a test drive of the vehicle, and gave us clear explanations throughout the sales process. Brent took care of the financial paper work with us, efficiently, with good humor, and answered all our questions. Eric is an outstanding Sales Manager. He knows what he's doing. He listens to the needs of his customers and delivers. Velislav is exceptional in Sales. He has a great personality and is very knowledgeable. We are delighted with our 2015 Odyssey EX-L and are recommending Wilde East Towne Honda to family and friends. More

The Fit is a Hit If you're looking for a small car at a great price with a lot of utility, the 2015 Fit is the way to go. I was also impressed by Veli's attentiveness and speed while dealing with multiple unexpected situations at once. The financing warfare was a bit brutal and I am not including it in my rating. Granted I could have come in more prepared, I did feel blindsided and the endeavor was grueling. As a 'store policy' they do not accept financing from outside sources unless you have a check in hand for the loan you were offered. No draft or dealer-instruction paperwork will suffice which translates to higher probability that you will finance through them. If you like your bank, come prepared! More
