Great dealership! Don't be pushed around by Finance Dept. I purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander, as soon as I entered the establishment, I was met by Matthew, one of the salesman at millennium Toyota. Matthew I purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander, as soon as I entered the establishment, I was met by Matthew, one of the salesman at millennium Toyota. Matthew was very welcoming and a pleasure to talk to, he was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the products that he sells. Even after I purchased the car, whenever I go back to the dealership Matthew continues to treat me with The same respect as he did when he wanted to sell me the car. The next person I encountered was the financial manager named Sarah. This is where things started to go wrong. I had a specific bank that I wanted to get the loan through since it is convenient to me. That fact was lost on Sarah, she wanted me to get the loan through Chase bank. I once again told her that I wanted to use my bank and that the interest rate was 1.45%. Sarah responded to me by telling me that "you don't just get that rate you have to qualify for it ". I felt very insulted by that comment. Over the course of the next 15 minutes I kept insisting that she use my bank for my loan. I came to find out later that she gets a kickback from loan applications that she signs. Even after arguing with her she tried one more time to get me to go with Chase bank while I was on my way home to get the deposit. It was then that I called the manager of the dealership and he took care of everything and straighten her out. I had to bring the car back the day after I purchased it because of an electrical issue. I must say that the service department did an outstanding job of fixing the car in a timely manner and this is when I met Brian Tighe. He is the Customer Satisfaction manager, he made sure that I was happy with my purchase and that if there was anything he could do to make up for the bumpy start in my relationship with Millennium Honda he would do it. All in all I have to say I was very impressed with this dealership, from the layout of the show room to the design of the service department the customer experience flows with ease. And if you have to wait for your car there is a very comfortable waiting area with free coffee Wi-Fi and multiple televisions to help you pass the time. More
