I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for over 18 years. I purchased two vehicles and used you for every single service. You are now charging customers extra for using a credit card for service bi 18 years. I purchased two vehicles and used you for every single service. You are now charging customers extra for using a credit card for service bills! My mosy recent bill was $658. Who carries that kind of cash around? No other dealership service department we deal with charges a credit card service fee. This is a slimy scam to charge customers more money. Your service fees are already extremely high. You should NOT be charging loyal customers a fee to use a credit card. It is LUDICROUS! I've already begun spreading the word about this scam. My service advisor, Vanessa, is great and I totally trust her but, unfortunately, because of this policy I will NOT be using Babylon Honda's service department for any future service. I definitely will NOT be buying my next car from Babylon Honda. More
