Valentino was phenomenal!! He was very professional and personable. I have had some bad experiences at a car dealership but this one was the best experience by far and it's all thanks to Valentino. Everything was on the table, so to speak, he did not hide anything from me and when it came to the numbers he let me see everything for myself. Valentino made sure that I understood everything and when it came to any questions that I had, he answered thoroughly and patiently. I was indecisive in the beginning and I went back and forth on whether or not I should trade in my vehicle and he was extremely patient with me. He was SO patient that he stayed with me until 11pm to finalize everything. Not only that but I had to return to the dealership for some other business and he personally made sure that I was taken care of. Valentino continuously checked in with me while I was at the dealership even though he did not have to. He is a great salesman and it is obvious that he cares about his customers because it shows in his actions! He was not pushy like some car salesmen that you come across which made my car shopping experience pleasant. He is the type of car salesman that will go above and beyond for his customers. Thanks to him I have a car that I love! I would refer all of my relatives, my friends and acquaintances to him. Because of Valentino Avondale Toyota has a loyal customer.
