Unlike poor experiences at other dealerships, Avondale was completely the opposite. The car was there, I asked for Valentino to inspect it, he sent me a video and pictures and endured me that there were no issues that were “hot buttons”, like the smell of smoke or weathered interiors. Valentino worked up the price, no waiting, no games. The best part is truly amazing.....he had all of the title work ready and brought the vehicle to our home for the test drive. The vehicle was exactly what was presented (what a change....many salesmen tell you right to your face something inaccurate about the car). We bought the vehicle and I got hours of time and stress removed from the process. Valentino explained options to us (warranties, etc) making sure I knew them. But he quickly moved on to where I wanted to focus instead of constantly bringing them back up. That gave me more time and information to focus on the things I needed, like the extended warranty I wanted to purchase. He is a professional that delivers a great experience from a Dealership that clearly has set up a process designed to meet both parties needs, not just their own. I will look to buy our future vehicles from Valentino and Avondale. More

On Saturday January 30, my sister Janet and I met with Valentino Roybal at Avondale Toyota. in 2010 I had purchased a new Toyota Corolla LE from this dealership - the first new car I had ever owned. Right before this New Year, I was in a car accident resulting in my car being totaled. Because I had always received such great service while owning this car (choosing to go only to Avondale Toyota for service), I wanted to return to find out what my options would be once I received the settlement from my insurance company. What a blessing that I was connected to Valentino! Expecting only to get information, I was able to get a lease and drove off in a beautiful new Toyota Corolla LE! Despite my showing up as not having a line of credit anywhere (being a "cash-and-carry" person), Valentino worked extremely hard to get me approved! And he did it not just to "make a sale," but because he understood how much I needed a vehicle! He was my advocate! And he never rushed us! He took the time to explain every step of the process, allowed us to test drive more than one vehicle - whatever we needed he gave us!
