There were multiple reasons why the experience was so good, but the most notable reason was the lack of pressure throughout the process. We were very particular, but we were never made to feel like we were wasting anyone's time or like the sales team was getting impatient. Even when I ultimately purchased cars from other dealers in the past, I have often felt like they were getting frustrated with the time I took to commit to a car - like "hurry up and drop tens of thousands of dollars already." I never once got this feeling from Val and it was the most noticeable difference I have had compared to my previous car buying experiences. We got the car we wanted at what we feel was a great price. We also had a number of good conversations with Val, who came across as a genuinely nice guy and also knows his products. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends, and I would reach out to Val first when buying my next Audi. More

An Enjoyable Car Buying Experience My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Alex while car shopping. We had been to several Automotive Dealer's in the area. After meeting Alex we knew where we would be buying our next car. We went for a test drive with Alex and he gave us 3 buying vs lease scenarios. He is extremely knowledgeable and opened my mind to think a little differently about lease vs purchase. The Dealership has a wonderful culture and all the people we came into contact with were professional, kind and no pressure. We went home to consider our options for purchasing but we both agreed we would be buying the car from Alex. Kudos to Sam Wright for patiently working through the sales and warranty paperwork, to Sunil for his patience in a technology overview of my new car (and I may be asking Sunil some more questions; there's an awful lot going on in this car '<) ), and to Sheryl in tags/title processing whose help I greatly appreciated. Special kudos to Alex Max who encouraged me to test drive different cars so I could get a better feel for the differences, kept me apprised of potential deals over a couple of months, patiently answered my many questions, and conveniently picked me up in downtown Silver Spring to close the deal.
