I came into the Russ Darrow dealer ship unsure and confused as to how anything would go. Nothing went as planned the first time around. The second time however Valencia was able to not only provide me with a vehicle but do it with the utmost kindness and skill that made me comfortable every step of the way. Thank you so much Valencia. More
