She never once made me feel rushed and wanted to explain in detail over and over again, and stated she would always be there for us. I am a very skeptical person, but I truly have faith and trust in Uzma. Everyone at Kelly Cadillac was very friendly and very helpful. Their services cannot be beat in my opinion. They will pick your car up from your house and drop it off when finished.......awesome service to say the least!! Set up an appointment and was greeted by Uzma at the dealership. Uzma was very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. There was no pressure to buy from anyone at the dealership. Everyone I interfaced with from the manager Allen to Glenn the finance person were all extremely helpful and courteous and of course Uzma. Kelly Cadillac is an organization that treats customers with respect and truly listen to what you have to say.
