Recently brought my '22XC60 to Nashua Lovering Volvo for service after taking my car to two other Volvo dealers in other cities for a problem with the electronic key fob. Before going to Nashua, a Volvo service after taking my car to two other Volvo dealers in other cities for a problem with the electronic key fob. Before going to Nashua, a Volvo dealer in Massachusetts area was not able to diagnose the problem and was not able to schedule an applintment for five weeks! I traveled to Long Island and the dealer there kindly provided service but was again unable to disagnose the problem. Calling Lovering Volvo I got a service appointment within a week. Today, at Lovering Volvo Nashua, the key fob problem was disagnosed and solved within an hour! Wow! Great service advisors and technicians. Thank you Lovering Volvo Nashua NH More

I had beyond a 5 star experience with Lovering Service with Service Advisor Tyler Smith. After booking my appointment online, Tyler called a day before to walkthrough my service. He validated the valet s with Service Advisor Tyler Smith. After booking my appointment online, Tyler called a day before to walkthrough my service. He validated the valet service and loaner drop off for the car. They drove 40 min to my house in MA, dropped off a loaner car and took my car into service. No additional fees. Tyler was superb, I had list of 10 items for repair or maintenance items. Many my previous dealer just dismissed as normal. Lovering Volvo got everything covered under warranty. Not only that, but I forgot my car had pre-paid maintenance and they reminded me of it! Tyler kept me updated on the repairs throughout the repair days, and called a day before to arrange a valet to drop-off my repaired vehicle and take the loaner back. Lastly, this dealer gives you a full report of your cars health, such as tire tread, brakes, fluid etc. The service write up is also very detailed from the issue I had to what the tech did to correct it. Everyone is so fantastic including the scheduling person, and you can book an appointment with loaner in a reasonable time. Even though I have a Volvo dealer within 15min of my house, I will absolutely be coming here for service in the future! Did I mention that after service I was thanked by email, got a survey, and a personal email on servicing with them. I wish I had started servicing here in 2018, when our family bought our first Volvo! (I gave them a 5 star review for sales, and now I can follow up with a 5 star review for service) More

Fantastic experience again at Lovering Volvo in Nashua! I had an issue and Tyler and the Nashua team were able to get me in quickly and take care of the problem same day! I recently had my car serviced at Lovering Volvo and couldn't be happier. Chris and Tyler are both so knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent customer service. I am living in Maynard MA now , far from the dealership but I have always had a great experience dropping my car off for service and continued to do I am living in Maynard MA now , far from the dealership but I have always had a great experience dropping my car off for service and continued to do so recently. I was provided with a courtesy vehicle that was driven 45+ miles and my car was picked up and driven back to me in a timely fashion. Will definitely shop here again for service and my 6th Volvo when the time comes 😊 More
