I want to leave a genuinely positive review for Tyler because he handled my purchase with a level of professionalism and sensitivity that really stood out. I had a personal safety concern that made choos because he handled my purchase with a level of professionalism and sensitivity that really stood out. I had a personal safety concern that made choosing the right vehicle (including a common, low-attention color) really important to me, and I was feeling emotional and overwhelmed at times. Tyler took things slow, stayed calm, and walked me through everything step-by-step without any pressure. He listened, respected my concerns, and helped me make a smart decision without rushing. It takes a certain kind of salesperson to understand a situation like that and still be patient and steady; Tyler absolutely was. I’m very grateful for his help and I highly recommend asking for him.
