Took way too long for a basic tire repair. 1-1/2 hours. I didn’t need a vehicle inspection and I didn’t need sales contacting me to see if I wanted to sell my car after having it less than a h 1-1/2 hours. I came in after the service desk was already closed. I had just come in from being out of town and my rear window motor had failed on my Ridgeline with the window down. Lizzy was still at her desk a I had just come in from being out of town and my rear window motor had failed on my Ridgeline with the window down. Lizzy was still at her desk and was able to get everything going so that my vehicle could be addressed first thing in the next day. She really helped me out with excellent care and service. More

My appointment was for an oil change, but was told many other things were needed to be done. I had most of them done, so my appointment was much longer and cost more than I anticipated. Work was done soone other things were needed to be done. I had most of them done, so my appointment was much longer and cost more than I anticipated. Work was done sooner than I was first told, so that was good. I just hope all the added work I was told was truly needed. Costs seemed to have gone up from the past, but that’s how it is with many things lately. More
