Tommy the financial manager was great and made that part of buying the car super simple and fast. Also Zachary had the service manager come over and talk to us about everything that was completed and the car and shown on the work order sheet. He was super also. The first time that I stopped in to get a Synthetic Oil change I sat for 1 an 1/2 hours waiting for you to get an oil filter for my vehicle even though I had an appointment and you knew I had a Subaru Outb change I sat for 1 an 1/2 hours waiting for you to get an oil filter for my vehicle even though I had an appointment and you knew I had a Subaru Outback, which never came while I was there. I had to leave for another appointment. On my second appointment for the same oil change even though you had the oil filter it still took an hour and a half to get my oil change. I have owned cars for more than 70 years and never before experienced such incompentence. I shall never return to this dealership, that goes without saying. Even a one star rating is undeserved, but there were no 0 options. More
