When we first met on the phone, we knew we would strike a deal. We got there 7:10 pm..left 7:30 pm and you kept your word saving us the truck til the title came in....2 weeks later. Then, because my husband had a medical emergency (stroke), you had 2 wonderful gentleman, drop it off to us in NJ. I cannot say enough about everyone we dealt with in your dealership. I highly recommend Chapman Ford of Lancaster. I purchased my 2020 Ford Edge from Chapman and they made the process effortless.
