I just got a Honda CRV 2020 on lease First I went to other hillside Honda dealer the sales person was nice but his manager who approves the quote was very rude He just lost the sales becoz of very few other hillside Honda dealer the sales person was nice but his manager who approves the quote was very rude He just lost the sales becoz of very few dollars when I was leaving the showroom i told the sales person If u ok with the price which I like than give me a call and we can do the paper work and his manager was ohh don’t wait for the call they think all customer just come to see the cars I was looking for ex-l that comes with the leather sit becoz I have 7 month baby and he want me to get regular cloth seats and put a leather cover dude no body asked for ur opinion they should be lucky that all dealers are getting sales in this pandemic they spend so much time on advertising on Instagram , Fb , etc and when customer comes in to look for car they treat them like xxxx and try to make more money by giving them faulty quote than I went to Try my luck at paragon Honda and my sales person was Tupac Lema he was very nice very friendly gave me good deal after negotiating a lot for my trade in which was very old but finally he gave me what I want and after that paper work went very smoothly he was constantly in touch with me untill the deal close out and the good think when they call me to pick up the car he had a day off still he came in to finish his job and makes us happy which was very nice of him I would highly recommend Tupac lema . All this dealer should be happy that we are buying car in this pandemic and giving them business More
