Paragon Honda is the worst! Run as fast as you can from this dealership. I purchased a 2018 Honda HRV in January 2021 and this car cannot pass inspection. Imagine a brand new us Run as fast as you can from this dealership. I purchased a 2018 Honda HRV in January 2021 and this car cannot pass inspection. Imagine a brand new used car that you have only owned for year that cannot pass inspection. Before purchasing the car I was lead to believe it was Honda certified, but when I returned to the dealership I was informed that the previous owner had an accident and the sensors were not working properly. I was informed that there was nothing that they could do but I needed to drive the car. My other option was to pay them $330 to service the car and repair the sensors. In addition while making the appointment for service Paragon's website stated that there was a recall on my car. However, yesterday I was informed there was no recall. I also took my car to Plaza Honda in brooklyn and was told by a service representative that the sensors on my car should have been checked before it was sold and that it was illegal for Paragon to sell me the car with bad sensors. Now I am stuck with a car that I cannot drive for fear of getting a ticket for an expired inspection sticker. There is lemonm law in New York City and I plan to take action against this dealership. PLEASE RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!!! More
