We had a great experience with Tupac Lema. He greeted us once we arrived, and was patient while we went through our options of cars we were interested in. We had great customer service from getting coffee and donuts and also getting a car service back home and back to the car dealer when the car was ready for us to pick up!! More

Tupac is amazing and I highly recommend him when purchasing/leasing any vehicles at Paragon Honda. Tupac is very detailed oriented and just a sweet guy. Literally the best experience at this dealership. I called Thursday morning and spoke to Tupac for a car I’ve been searching so long for and every other dealership would sell the car once it arrived I called Thursday morning and spoke to Tupac for a car I’ve been searching so long for and every other dealership would sell the car once it arrived to their lot. I was lucky to contact this dealership and my exact car wasn’t even at this lot yet, Tupac informed me it would be there SAME DAY at 6pm if I wanted it. Indeed it was there same day and I seen my car the same day. I was having insurance problems so I had to leave my car there and pick it up this morning and even then the process was still really good. Tupac was a very great help, he answered all my questions and gave me the best deal possible! As a first time car owner walking out with a Brand New 2023 Honda Civic Hatchback with only 3 miles on the car it definitely feels amazing. Thank you so much Tupac for all your help!! I would definitely recommend this dealership, the whole process of getting my first car has been great thanks to this place and Tupac. More
