Excellent Customer Service - Great Sales Experience I started working with Joe on my next car over the phone. He was able to get me a deal that other dealers couldn't even come close to touching. We are I started working with Joe on my next car over the phone. He was able to get me a deal that other dealers couldn't even come close to touching. We are talking over 100/month more for the same car. He was very responsive to all my questions, email, text, and over the phone. Easiest experience buying a car ever for me! Joe was not able to be there the day I picked up the car, so he had Troy Royse help me. He was also very nice and was able to get the car all cleaned up and ready to go rather quickly. Troy made the paperwork and etc fun and pressure free. Where their customer service really shined was when my girlfriend forgot her phone at the dealership. We picked the car up on a Saturday and had left the dealership shortly after closing time. On the way to the hotel my girlfriend realized her phone was gone. We contacted Joe and he was able to get the General Manager to come back on Sunday when the dealership was closed to look for the phone. Huge shout out to Howard for helping us get back into the building while we were still in town. It wasn't found until the next day and I live in Green Bay, so Joe sent the phone overnight in the mail to us. I cant thank Joe/Troy/Howard and the entire Subaru/Sommers team enough. We will be coming back to Sommer's for all of our future Subaru's, no question about it. More
