Met Troy (body shop manager) and was immediately impressed with his friendliness, knowledge and willingness to help. Quote was already processed via insurance and gave copy to Troy. Troy reviewed and we discussed some touchup for some scratches. Parts were ordered and a return call scheduled a drop off date to begin work. Work done in couple days and van looks like brand new and included a car wash. The folks at Humes are VERY professional and caring. By the way, cost was what insurance estimated plus our deductible. Very pleased customer, you will be pleased, too!!! More
