The salesperson admitted they made a math error and 'forgot to tax the doc fee.' Instead of owning their employee's mistake and honoring the agreed-upon OTD price, management tried to pass that cost onto us. It was only a small amount, but an OTD price is supposed to be final. They tried justifying this because, "not paying tax is illegal", "this car has been here for 11 days", "this car is in high demand", "are you really going to let 100 dollars stop this deal?". Wild.
