Was approached immediately upon entering store . Asked for Trisha who was busy at the time but emailed me explaining where the car was that I was interested in so I could look at it and said she would com for Trisha who was busy at the time but emailed me explaining where the car was that I was interested in so I could look at it and said she would come find me as soon as she was free . Gave me a little back story on the dealership and her time there ( giving me a reason for doing business with her instead of anyone else ) . Answered all my questions , explained the whole process ( who I would be speaking with , accessories and finance ) explained the car needed to be prepped before it could be delivered and she would let me know when I could pick it up . Trisha was very pleasant , helpful ( even did a nice presentation on a Chevy Pickup that I am also in the market for . Definitely telling everyone about our wonderful experience and will be back for our next vehicle . More
