After a terrible buying experience full of lies from salesman and sales manager . After 6 months got recall and took in for that and Ford Pass would not connect to anyone's phone and asked them to check salesman and sales manager . After 6 months got recall and took in for that and Ford Pass would not connect to anyone's phone and asked them to check and was told by service manager multiple times salesman was supposed to get me hooked up to fordpass by salesman at purchase which didn't happen they told me even after paying for extended service contract that I would have to pay 165 dollars for diagnosing.
