MKX Update Geoff123 I wanted to write an update on the purchase of my used 2014 MKX. Since my purchase in January, I have had the car into the dealership for routine main I wanted to write an update on the purchase of my used 2014 MKX. Since my purchase in January, I have had the car into the dealership for routine maintenance. The reason I have been faithful in my visits is because of the updates via e-mail, phone calls, and personal conversations with Travis Mummert, who sold me the car. Looking back on previous car purchases, I have never witnessed or felt the concern for me and my families' well-being that Travis displays. I honestly cannot remember the names of the other salesmen who have sold me cars. I feel that Travis and I have a professional and personal relationship, and I value his guidance and expertise as I continue driving my MKX. More
