Excellent customer service! In our 46 years of marriage, we have bought most of our vehicles from Forrester Lincoln. Travis Mummert has been our go to man for the past 20 years. In our 46 years of marriage, we have bought most of our vehicles from Forrester Lincoln. Travis Mummert has been our go to man for the past 20 years. He is always friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient. He goes out of his way to deliver the best service possible. The last vehicle we bought needed a jump on the lot to start. He explained this happens all the time because of all of the techie stuff on cars today and not being run every day drains the battery. Three days after buying the vehicle it would not start. We called Travis and he came to our house immediately and took the vehicle back to Forresters for a new battery which was covered under warranty. As I am typing this,Travis called asking if we have received a call about the filler tube he ordered which was not in the vehicle when purchased. Yeah!!! Travis! More
