Truthful - They truly do go out of their way to please You! Although I thought of giving this review four stars I didn’t believe it would be fair to the sales representative that assisted myself and my wife. The one area I believe you as a dealership should expand is the finance side. Not counting the initial meet and greet with our sales representative, my wife who is still working had to miss fours hours of work. I will say your team did a tremendous job to make this as pleasant as possible. Maybe you should increase the size of this department to expedite the customers experience. More

Dalton was an excellent sales person to work with, for me. One thing about me in particular is I detest dealing with sales people. I cannot stand when sales people try to upsell and get you to spend more me. One thing about me in particular is I detest dealing with sales people. I cannot stand when sales people try to upsell and get you to spend more money. I already knew what I wanted when I walked into Honda so I was very pleased when I got Dalton as my sales representative. He seemed to understand that and did not try to force other sales my way. I got Samantha as a Tech rep to show me all the features on my new car. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable and explained everything well. I had a good experience up until this point. When I reached the final step in the process, finance, I met Travis. While he seems like a good person I was not impressed with his people skills. He seemed like the typical kind of "sales person" with a fake personality. He tried rushing me through the process, did not explain things very well and tried to push me to purchase extra packages to finance through them. In the future, I would like to go back to Mohawk Honda to purchase another vehicle. Omitting the final financing portion of my purchase, I had a good experience there. More
