My experience with the purchase decision and paperwork was very smooth. Travis did a great job making initial contact on the vehicle I desired and Rich efficiently handled me from there. Rich was knowledgeable, he answered every question, he did not pressure me at all, he responded quickly to texts and emails and made the entire experience a pleasant one. I recommend the staff and dealership without reservation. Go see them!! More

BEN … was AMAZING from start to finish. I purchased my daughter her first vehicle for her 16th birthday. We originally had chosen a used car for her but an unexpected issue arose within jus I purchased my daughter her first vehicle for her 16th birthday. We originally had chosen a used car for her but an unexpected issue arose within just a matter of hours and we needed to have it addressed. I text Ben unaware it was his day off and he was on top of it immediately. The service dept/ sales managers/ finance team assisted us above and beyond any type of customer service I have ever experienced. They arranged for loaner vehicle and brought it from St. Augustine to Yulee , while we made the decision to move forward will purchasing her a new car. Ben drove all the way from St. Augustine to my home to finish the sale and paperwork. The communication, value for my time and compassion/ understanding that daughter’s safety was priority to me was more then I could asked for. The best car buying experience I have received!!! More
