They offered to return my Honda to the Honda dealership for me which made the process so much easier for me.. Chris Bristow, the salesman who worked with me was very courteous and friendly, answered all my questions, and was extremely helpful. Tracey who helped me with the financials was very efficient and friendly. The process did not take long and she too answered all my questions in a very gracious manner. I would very definitely recommend Larson Ford to my family and friends. More

Chris Bristow our salesman was excellent in understanding what we were looking for and pointing us in the right direction. Then once we picked out a 2016 Ford Fusion it was only a short time later everything was done. Then we were just waiting for them to finish detailing our new car. My wife and I had set our max payment we wanted and how long we were willing to be there. Chris and the rest of the Larson Ford staff exceeded our expectations and goals. The whole experience was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you to Chris and the entire Larson Ford staff for a great job. I would recommend Larson for to everyone. More

My son leased his 1st new car from Bob earlier this year and I was impressed with the way Bob treated him. I met with Bob that Saturday and I was treated just as I expected...with with respect for my situation and a great deal. After a rewarding and very pleasant meeting with Tracy Black, I left the dealership in my new 2016 Fusion feeling great about my experience at Larson Ford. Thanks guys.....I'll be back! More

Perfect Ford F150 Found a truck I might like online, and when I submitted for more information, Jennifer called me back immediately to let me know that not only would Found a truck I might like online, and when I submitted for more information, Jennifer called me back immediately to let me know that not only would they probably have a truck for me, but that my trade was also probably no problem as for the payoff, and the amount of money I was looking to spend. I walked into the dealership knowing that the price I could afford was pretty low. Dylan was not only very fast in determining whether I was able to afford what they had on property, but was able to find the exact truck I wanted, for almost the exact price I wanted to pay. This was surely no easy task. (It should be noted though, that it was a manager who I never met who found the truck I would wind up buying. On that note though, it was a fairly low pressure situation. Seeing as usually that manager always comes out to talk after you deal with the sales person. Never saw him, never even learned his name.. But I certainly appreciate his searching skills.) When I went to pick the truck up, I dealt with Tracy and Big John who were very personable and helped me through the finance portion in quite the timely manor. Dylan was not around that day, so Chris tagged up my new truck, handed me the keys, and sent on my way. Between the two trips (first to make the deal, then to sign the papers and get the truck) I was only in the dealership for less than two hours. Which by any car dealer standard, must have been a world record! More
