Tracey was personable, knowledgeable, relatable, and she earned my trust. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and attentive, regardless of who you were working with. I was given the opportunity to take a Jeep home for the night to try it out, which really sealed the deal for me. I believe I got a fair price and outstanding service (they were happy to accommodate my requests for an oil change, wheel re-balancing, and procuring a second FOB key). Their finance person, Sylvia, was also wonderful to work with and got me a fantastic loan interest rate. Definitely recommend this dealership and Tracey, specifically.
