Maggie is Amazing! Can’t thank her enough for all of her help and hard work finding us the vehicles we wanted and now love! Lake Norman CDJR went above and beyond to help me and my husband drive away with 2 GORGEOUS new vehicles! Throughout the entire process they made sure we were comfortable and had complete knowledge of the v husband drive away with 2 GORGEOUS new vehicles! First let me say we love our certified 2019 Jeep Rubicon; the used car dealership was excellent before the sale telling you everything you wanted to hear. After the sale when trying to contact the salesperso the used car dealership was excellent before the sale telling you everything you wanted to hear. After the sale when trying to contact the salesperson regarding some issues with the vehicle she would not return an email or phone call, I tried to contact the sales manager with the same result and finally I contacted the Executive Dealer Operator Wesley McCullar, he directed his staff to take care of my concerns. The sales manager Tony Zorn listened to my concerns and again told me what I wanted to hear. To be a certified vehicle there were some things wrong that should have been addressed before the sale. I had an appointment Saturday 2/17 to address a recall, fix the left turn signal, install a missing wheel cover, and get a key made. The only item that was accomplished Saturday was the additional key being made after waiting for 3.5 hours and spending $325.00 for it. To be clear, it’s not the service department’s fault, nothing from my conversation and email with Tony Zorn was passed along to the service department. I sent Tony Zorn a couple of texts Saturday morning while I was at the service department, and he has yet to return them. Also beware, the finance manager tried to saddle us with a high interest rate although our credit is excellent and we paid 50% down on the vehicle, only after I questioned what our interest would be he reduced it by two percentage points. Why would we not have gotten the best rate possible from the start? I only see 5-star ratings on this site, so I doubt this will be published. More
