Easy Process Richard and Tony were easy to work with. We’ve been communicating via email for lease quotes and when I was ready to lease my car, all I had to do was Richard and Tony were easy to work with. They were a “no pressure“ and straight to the point team, which I appreciated and was more inclined to deal with them. Julio in finance was also a laid back and friendly associate who made signing contracts easy and understandable. More

Easy, good customer service Came in with the intention of leasing a vehicle however the sales mgr I had talked to was not there. Unfortunately, he had not relayed the numbers we Came in with the intention of leasing a vehicle however the sales mgr I had talked to was not there. Unfortunately, he had not relayed the numbers we discussed, to his staff so there was a lot of back and forth and negotiating with other reps and finance. The process took over 3 hours and was honestly exhausting. I did not end up with the deal we spoke of over the phone (I guess I hadn’t taken into account the sales tax) but in the end, I was comfortable with the price and it was comparable to the comps I had seen. I also didn’t want to go through all of this again at another dealer so I took the deal. They worked with me well and I didn’t feel pushed to do something I wasn’t comfortable with. More

Great Customer Service and Buying Experience We had a horrible experience at another Mazda dealer and came here because we had an amazing offer on a new Mazda CX-5 from Tony. We were so afraid there were going to be some hidden fees due to our experience at the other dealer, but what Tony promises via email was exactly what he delivered (and a little more!).
