His product knowledge is excellent. Tony Tehrani was on point in communication and responded to all questions about product availability, price out the door, and concerns in a timely fashion, which informed my final decision. This dealership's customer service is efficient, professional, personable, kind, and courteous. I was in and out in a little more than an hour. So it was quite refreshing to be able to work with a dealership who has integrity & made the whole transaction painless, as well as hassle-free! The icing on the cake was when Bryant Santiago delivered the car to our home just in time for my son to be utterly surprised when he saw it in the driveway. Bryant took the time to guide my son through every feature of the vehicle, and answered all of my son's questions patiently & pleasantly. Based on my personal encounter, I have to say that Culver City Mazda is in a class of their own because they are honest & gave me the best deal the first time around! It's such a good feeling to NOT have to waste your valuable time haggling with the Sales staff. I did not, however, enjoy the end-of-lease experience - thousands of dollars in unexpected costs (beyond the residual value and a requirement for CPO in order to finance the vehicle with Mazda) that they threw at me - which I opted NOT to pay - have, along with inconvenient distance from my home, basically driven me away from this dealership for future dealings after three years of a generally excellent experience. More
