Dealership was easy to find. Walking into the building was daunting. Not your usual showroom. Offered water, but what were all those display monitors about on the counters? To Walking into the building was daunting. Not your usual showroom. Offered water, but what were all those display monitors about on the counters? Tony Ruiz was courteous and easy to understand. He did leave us several times and returned 20 some minutes later. No idea where he went. Left us in the lerch. He was late for appointments on two occasions. Did not respond to 3 emails and his cell phone had no voice mail. I thought the tires on this vehicle showed excessive wear for only 19,000 miles. I negotiated with Tony for new tires to complete the sale. He told me new tires were put on the vehicle. After the sale, got home, tires showed wear. I don't think he gave us the new tires. And on that, I found no warranty paperwork for the tires. Brand says 70,000 miles. The tires won't make it that far and thus need for the tires warranty. Also, don't understand the 5 year warranty on the vehicle. What's the name of the company that warrants my vehicle? No name, address, phone number. What do I do if I need warranty work done? Love the car, but I left Echo Park disgruntled. More
