I had spent time learning the details of the 2019 Jetta and was confident that I knew which trim level I wanted. When I submitted the information to several dealerships in my area (via True Car’s online system) I heard back from all three immediately; only Tony at Gunther Coconut Creek listened to my request that our interactions be kept to email rather than phone calls. He was communicative and helpful from the very first email; when I scheduled an appointment to test drive the new GLI and the Jetta SEL Premium he let me take as much time as I needed to decide between the two models, offering help and assistance along the way but not in a condescending way. Tony is clearly a professional in his field, and surely had other customers, but I felt like he valued my time and my business. Coconut Creek is the furthest of the three dealerships I contacted, nearly an hour from my home, but despite having purchased two previous VWs from a closer dealership in the past I would not hesitate to recommend this one over them. Every interaction was friendly and professional, and at no point did I feel like someone was “selling” to me. When they didn’t have the precise model that I wanted on their lot they were able to go above and beyond to have the vehicle brought in from elsewhere, so I wound up with not only the trim level that I wanted but also the exact exterior and interior colors. I’ve had several weeks in my new Jetta now and I am absolutely thrilled with it! I look forward to working with Tony again in the future and I will absolutely tell everyone that this is the VW dealership to go to in South Florida. More

Our sales-guy Tony was excellent - We called ahead and he responded within minutes, confirming he had the car we were looking for and he was waiting for us when we arrived. He understood what we wanted (and, more importantly, how we wanted to proceed), showed us the car and guided us to the right people to get the trade-in done (Moe - you are awesome!), the financing handled (Nicole - you were a pleasure to deal with) and us out the door with our new car. BTW: I love the styling inside the dealership - Great vibe! Will definitely come back! More
