Unfortunately, the condition of the vehicle at delivery and the customer service afterward were disappointing. The car had not been properly cleaned before delivery. Our salesman, TJ, arranged for us to bring it back on a Saturday because he said their best detailer would be there. We drove an hour from home, only to find that the vehicle was still dirty when we were told it was ready. When I pointed out the remaining issues, I felt TJ’s tone was dismissive and disrespectful. I expect to be treated with courtesy, especially when raising a reasonable concern about a vehicle I just purchased. The dealership later offered to let us bring the car back again, leave it for another cleaning, and use a loaner. I appreciate the offer, but that would have meant another four hours of driving between dropping it off and picking it up. Given our experience and the way my concerns had been handled, we declined. We’re pleased with the vehicle, but the follow-through after the sale fell well short of our expectations. The difference in how we felt treated before and after signing the paperwork was significant. Based on this experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More

I worked with Andy Kisor and Patrick Dodd and they both were very nice and professional and explained everything to me and made sure that I was happy with everything and I had even mentioned to them that it smelled like the car had a dog in it before and they made sure to mention to detail to try and get the smell out. These guys went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone. They have both checked with me after the sale to make sure that I loved the car and was happy with it. More
